Tulika Kukreti was born in the year 1970. She did B.F.A. from Government College of Art, Chandigarh in year 1992. She joined as an Art Teacher in New Dehi. She has implemented her painting experience to develop latent talent in Deaf and Dumb children.
For the past couple of years she is actively participating in art shows /events. She has recently participated in Lokayata Portrait Art Exhibition, Gold Souk Mall Art Exhibition, National Art Fair Exhibition, Spandan International Art Exhibition, Kalaakar Art Fest, Artha Art Exhibition, Agneepath- Master Strokes Art Exhibition, The Lexicon Art Show, Kala Saffar 2016, Agnipath’s Swagatam and Hindu Spiritual Art Fest (Pryaas).
