Meeta Rampal was born in the year 1971. She did Ankar Bivakar (5 year Diploma in Painting) in 1988 and BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) from Arts College, Chandigarh with Distinction in the year 1994. Presently she is associated with Pidilite Industries as their Fevicryl expert teacher, as consultant with N.I.E, The Times of India & Resource person with Scholastic India P Ltd. She conducted many workshops related to art and craft in different schools & colleges in the Delhi NCR. She received many prizes in various art competitions, attended Pebeo and Fevicryl workshops at Pune, Mumbai and Chandigarh. She participated in Art Exhibitions in Chandigarh, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon & Mumbai. She has been invited as jury member in various painting competitions in many schools, colleges and organizations. Her areas of interests are oil painting, water color, Tanjore painting, making best out of waste, glass painting, mosaic painting, pottery and terracotta jewelry.
