Sudhir Tripurari was born in the year 1954 at Gurgaon. He did B.F.A. from College of Art, New Delhi in year 1977. He is in the field of art for the past 40 years and is at present working on the concept of lines traveling the universe.

Best achievement award in Art Teaching in 1983 given by District Child Welfare Council, Gurgaon, Sanskriti Kalakaar honour from Haryana Pradeshik Hindi Sahitya Sammelan in 2010
