Biswajit Mukherjee was born in 1971, in Kolkata. He did the Post Graduation in Printmaking from M.S.U. of Baroda (1995-97); and Graduation in Painting from Indian College of Arts And Draftsmanship (Rabindra Bharati University) Kolkata (1989-94).
