Aman Chakra was born in Daltonganj, Jharkhand. He did Graduation from Ranchi University, Ranchi, Jharkhand in the year 1993.

Received an Award from NEHRU YUVA KENDRA, Jharkhand for Women and Child Welfare through artworks 2007; Got a space in Cartoonists’ Directory 2001; Interview broadcast on Television and Radio 1997; Received an Honour from Bihar Shramjeevi PPatrakar Union for Cartoon Journalism 1993
