Prem Singh, born in 1943, served as the Principal of the College of Art in Chandigarh. He also contributed as a member of the Advisory Committee for the National Gallery of Modern Art in New Delhi. His artwork is part of prestigious collections, including those at the National Gallery of Modern Art, Lalit Kala in New Delhi, the State Museum in Madras, and the Government Museum in Chandigarh, among various public and notable private collections.
