Luciferase

Luciferase is a solo art exhibition by artist Subodh Kerkar on the theme of the ocean. The term Luciferase itself is defined as the enzyme that gives the ocean its glow. The show has been coordinated by artist Viraj Naik through a careful selection of a variety of multimedia artworks by Subodh Kerkar.

Dr. Subodh Kerkar is a prolific Goan and Indian artist whose works vary from watercolours to ceramics and metal sculptures to very large installations. HIs love for the ocean as a Goan and its influences on the food, dress, and culture in Goa is the main focus of his works.
