A Book ‘Artists of India – Modern & Contemporary Art’ celebrating the life journey and artworks of 55 eminent and acclaimed contemporary artists was launched by Takhte on September 15th at All India Fine Arts Society, New Delhi. Shri Adwaita Gadanayak, Eminent Sculptor & Director General of National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi presided the event as Chief Guest; Padma Bhushan Shri Ram Vanji Sutar, Eminent Sculptor & President, All India Fine Arts & Crafts Society, New Delhi as Special Guest and Padm Shri Nila Madhab Panda, internationally acclaimed Film Director and Producer as Guest of Honour. Many artists included in the book attended the event.
