Shanker Art Foundation is hosting a Photography Contest and Photo Art Exhibition for Senior Citizens, Women (Housewives), Working People (Men or Women), and Students.

The Foundation has previously organized photography contests such as World Through My Eye 2012, World Through My Eye 2013, Bharat Ke Rang 2017, Festivals of India 2018 and Festival of Democracy 2019. These contests successfully brought people together to showcase their creativity through photography.

SHANKER ART FOUNDATION is thrilled to announce its 6th Photography Contest’s theme, ‘Festival of Democracy 2024’. Photographers from all corners of India have shown tremendous interest and participation in this contest, with some even earning prestigious awards like Gold, Silver, Bronze, Commended, and Appreciation Awards.

The overwhelming response to this contest showcases the talent and passion of photographers nationwide. We are excited to see the creative interpretations of the ‘Festival of Democracy 2024’ theme in the upcoming submissions.

Step into the spotlight and display your ideas, talents, and imagination by joining the ‘Festival of Democracy 2024‘. We aim to allow photographers to exhibit their exceptional photos on our website, social media channels, and at the esteemed venue of our Annual Show, ‘Bharat Ke Rang Photo Art Exhibition‘.

You can submit photographs of the Filling of Nomination, Release of Manifesto, Public Meetings, Rallies, Processions & Road Shows, Street Corner Meetings, Door-to-Door Canvassing, Traveling of Leaders, Polling, Counting of Votes, Declaration of Results any other activities of your choice.

In this ‘Bharat Ki Rang Festival of Democracy 2024’ photography contest, we could include all the photographs clicked during the 2024 Indian General Election is scheduled to be held in 7 (seven) phases from 19 April to 1 June 2024 to constitute the 18th Lok Sabha. The counting of votes will be conducted on 4 June 2024

Submission Specifications

Size of JPG or JPEG format files must be between 2 – 5 MB. Height or width of the image not less than 1920 pixels
Name of the files must be like YourName-001-Title-YourCity

Participation Fee₹ 200/- UPI ID will be sent to participants

Salient Features

a) 1 Gold Award, 1 Silver Award, 1 Bronze Award, and 3 Commended Awards on every 25 Photographs.

c) Exhibition of Selected 200 Photographs at the prestigious venue.

e) Exhibited photographs will be given back to photographs.

f) Certificate of Merit shall be given to photographers whose works are selected for the exhibition and also published on the website http://ARTinfoINDIA.COM
