‘Mythic Matrices’ is a landmark solo exhibition by Seema Kohli that spans 20 years of her four-decade practice. Through painting, sculpture, film, performance, and installation, Kohli reclaims myth as a living, feminist, and cosmological force. Her richly symbolic works draw from Indian philosophy, global mythologies, and ritual practices to explore identity, embodiment, and spiritual transformation.
The exhibition features a live performance, panel discussion, walkthrough, and workshop. Kohli engages myth not as nostalgia, but as an embodied, contemporary method of renewal and meaning-making.
