Weavers of Contemporary Narratives presented by Gallery Champa Tree is an immersive experience that showcases India’s rich tapestry through the visionary perspectives of five artists: Abhijit Saikia, Keerti Pooja, Ravi Chunchula, Samir Mohanty, and Srinivas Pulagam. This enchanting journey tells a unique story, blending tradition and experimentation to create a visual language of cultural heritage and modernity. The exhibition displays around 25 artworks including watercolours, oil on canvas, acrylic and mixed media.

The exhibition examines, along with the passage of time, the aestheticization of conventional storytelling in contemporary art. The artists’ have explored historical architectures, natural landscapes, socio-political settings, past traditions and beliefs in modern times, examining old and new viewpoints from the regions they belong, to present a visual narrative.
